baby sessions

Baby sessions can be done in studio or on-location. What's the best age to do baby photos? Any time is a good time, but my two favorites are:

Sitting up but not yet crawling—usually around 7-9 months. Babies at this stage are full of personality and, because they aren't crawling yet, they're cute, captive little subjects!
First birthday

I have a selection of clothing in neutral colors that you may use for your session, or you can of course bring your own. I recommend neutral or pastel clothing so the focus is on the baby, not the clothes. Avoid graphics and make sure everything fits well. Clothes that are too big don't photograph well.

Studio Portrait Session: $350 Weekday | $450 Weekend*

1-hour photo session at my Evanston studio
2-3 outfits and/or backgrounds
Includes use of my props and baby clothing (size 6-12 months)

What to wear tips

On Location Portrait Session: $475 Weekday | $575 Weekend*

1-hour photo session at a location of your choice. I'll send you a list of my favorite spots!
25+ artistically retouched, high-resolution digital photos
What to wear tips

Mini Session: $250 Weekday | $350 Weekend*

20-minute studio session (one baby, one outfit, one background)
5 artistically retouched, high-resolution digital photos
Be realistic when choosing a mini session. If you end up needing more time or want to do more outfits please be prepared to upgrade to a full session.

*Weekend rate applies Friday evening through Sunday evening.
